It is a great pleasure and honour to invite you to the 39th Annual Conference of PSG and GI Endoscopy
which is going to be held from 22nd -26th of February,2023 at PC Lahore, Pakistan, the perfect venue
for
remarkable global meeting for GI diseases regarding diagnosis, management plans and possible advance
future therapies. It is an auspicious time to make contact, discuss and share problems, the
experience of mutual interest with attendees from all over the world. Quest for best is the theme
of this year’s conference.
Internationally known faculty and rising stars in the fields of gastroenterology, hepatology, and
endoscopy will deliver the latest clinical updates on common and rare GI disorders, and interact with
attendees, address questions, and engage in interactive sessions.

technology and the implications they have in our society. It is why, It is my distinct honor and privilege
to welcome you all on this auspicious occasion of 39 th Annual PSG Conference as a General Secretary of
Pakistan Society of Gastroentrology. “Quest for best” is the perfect theme for the continuation of
tradition of this society with wide array of ongoing research dedicated to improving the lives of patients
with complex GI and liver diseases.
The conference which is to be held in this medieval city of Lahore,. I rest assured that your view of
current medical paradigm will be enlarged and nurtured with what our speakers and committees have
to offer.

I as a Chairperson Organizing Committee of 39 th Annual Conference of Pakistan Society of
Gastroenterology and GI Endoscopy welcome the delegates from around the globe. It is with great
enthusiasm that we had this opportunity that renowned world leaders of Gastroenterology and GI
Endoscopy are coming to attend this conference so that attendees can gain access to the most recent
knowledge and skills.
The Conference highlights the value of live meetings as important professional opportunities to network
and engage with your colleagues while immersing yourself in excellent clinical research and educational
updates. Our faculty worked incredibly hard to create a conference specially tailored for gastrointestinal
endoscopists and include live endoscopic workshops, one on one interaction with world’s renowned GI
faculty, didactic lectures and panel discussions, free paper/poster presentations, the largest pharma
exhibitions and social events. Without a capable endoscopy nurse and endoscopy assistant, no
endoscopist can perform optimally, so a workshop has been organised to meet their educational needs.

- MESSAGE OF SECRETARY ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
It is a matter of immense pleasure for me to write these few words on the occasion of 39th Annual
Conference of Pakistan Society of Gastroenterology and GI Endoscopy. The evolution in the medical
field
needs sharing knowledge and experience in the medical community. The conference is a colossal
platform for dissemination of knowledge, networking, innovations, unique concepts and for
collaboration. The meeting will also act as a rostrum for dynamic interactions among leading senior
scientists, junior investigators and importantly, students from around the world.
We look forward to having the pleasure of coinciding with world’s prominent gastroenterologists and
create a medium of cooperation and exchange of ideas that will help strengthen and enrich our current
global health system, even helping it transition to the brave new health paradigm for the greater good.
